Benghazi, Libya – 3 June 2023 – The International Canadian Organization (ICO) is pleased
to announce the opening of its new inclusive campus, which comprises the Canadian Academy,
study space, an international center for foreign language instruction and other training courses,
and a sports academy. The ICO is dedicated to provide high-quality education to children from
all throughout Benghazi.

1. The Canadian Academy, which is accredited by the Canadian Ministry of Education, provides a challenging academic program for students in grades K-12, with an emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. The curriculum intended to prepare students for success in university and beyond, with a focus on STEM disciplines in particular.

2. The ICO Study Space offers a calm and comfortable setting for students. Students can use this time to study and work on tasks. The area outfitted with high-speed internet, printing and scanning capabilities, and a variety of learning resources

3. The International Center Training Facility provides a variety of training programs, including language classes, computer training, human development, and business administration. The facility intended to provide students with the skills and information required to excel in today’s workforce. The experienced instructors play a critical role in creating a warm and helpful environment for students

4. The Sports Academy provides a variety of sports activities, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, and track & field. Experienced coaches that provide quality training and support to students in order to help them accomplish their sports goals lead the academy

Mr. Yousef Ali al-Saity, CEO of the ICO, stated, “We are excited to launch our new learning campus and to provide students with a variety of high-quality educational opportunities.
